1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Metaflux website (https://metaflux.vip) and purchasing our digital design, development, or performance marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Metaflux provides high-end digital engineering and marketing packages. Our services include:

  • Custom responsive web designs, landing page interfaces, and portfolio showcase configuration.
  • WordPress and Shopify e-commerce shop building, backend API integration, and database configurations.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaign management on networks including Google, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • AI Video Avatar Clone generation, text-to-speech rendering, and smart automation pipelines.

3. Payment & Subscription Terms

All service configurations, setups, and domain registrations are governed by our payment terms:

  • Service Fees: Fees for digital setups, PPC ad management, and designs are specified in our proposals and pricing pages. Standard setup rates are billed in advance.
  • Domain Purchases: Domain registration and routing configurations (e.g. .com, .online, .store) are billed using standard Stripe payment checkouts. Charges represent base domain setup fees (e.g., $1.00 checkouts).
  • Barter Agreements: Promotional barter agreements (such as the Ministry promotion deals) are subject to specific agreements including YouTube video mentions and links.
  • Billing Processors: All card payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless specified otherwise in our client agreements, the designs, code bases, structures, and graphical assets created specifically for a client's customized setup become the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Metaflux retains ownership of its standard development templates, proprietary algorithms, and internal frameworks.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metaflux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or our service deliverables. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, lead volumes, or ad returns, as ad platform algorithms and market conditions are variable.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate service agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of Oregon, United States**, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Portland, Oregon.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated modification date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
